These Terms of Service govern your access and use of the website https://www.luftunsa.com, as well as any purchase orders placed through this site. The website is operated by Suzhou Xingshan Trading Co., Ltd. When you browse our site or submit an order, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

1. Binding Agreement

These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and Suzhou Xingshan Trading Co., Ltd. Our Privacy Policy, Return Policy and Shipping Policy are incorporated into this agreement. If there is any conflict between these Terms of Service and other site policies, the content within these Terms of Service shall prevail.

2. Age Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or reach the age of majority required in your region. If you are under the legal age, you may only browse or shop with supervision and consent from your parent or legal guardian. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted under your account, and for all activities made using your account.

3. Product Descriptions

We curate Tops, Skirts, Sweaters and Dresses and strive to provide truthful descriptions of fabric composition, garment measurements and styling features on each product page. Please read size charts and product details carefully before checkout.

Fabric features: Lace, knit and thin sweater fabrics may snag during daily wear. Snags caused after delivery are not manufacturing defects.
Colour difference: Product photos are taken under natural lighting without colour modification. However, different screen displays may create minor shade differences. Reasonable colour variance will not be treated as a defective item.
Measurement tolerance: A small measurement difference of 1–3 cm falls within normal garment manufacturing tolerance.
Care instructions: Always follow the care label attached to each garment. Damage caused by improper washing, ironing or self-alteration is not covered.

4. Pricing & Price Errors

All prices shown at checkout are final for your order at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applied to your transaction is the price displayed when you complete checkout. In case of obvious pricing mistakes caused by system bugs or input errors, we will contact you before shipment. You have the option to cancel the order for a full refund, or confirm the purchase at the correct price. We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed under manifestly incorrect pricing. Discounts and promotions can only be applied under the conditions stated during the promotion period and cannot be applied retroactively.

5. Order Formation & Cancellation

Your order submission counts as an offer to purchase goods. A sales contract is only formed once we send you the shipping confirmation email. Before shipment confirmation, we hold the right to cancel orders for reasons such as product stockout, address verification failure, fraud risk review or obvious pricing error. If we cancel your order, we will fully refund your payment and notify you of the reason. We also reserve the right to reject or limit order quantities per customer, delivery address or payment account if we reasonably suspect fraudulent purchases.

6. Payment Terms

Payment will be collected once you complete your order on checkout. You warrant that you are authorised to use your selected payment method, and all billing information you provide is accurate. Available payment options are shown on our payment policy page. Product prices do not cover import duties, customs fees or local taxes, which shall be borne by the buyer.

7. Shipping & Returns

We provide free standard shipping for all orders, with estimated transit time of 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays arising from customs inspection, weather or courier issues outside our control. For returns: All eligible Tops, Skirts, Sweaters and Dresses must be sent back to our warehouse located in China. Buyer bears all return shipping costs and related customs charges. Estimated return shipping cost for a single piece ranges from $8–$25. Refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days after our warehouse inspects and approves your returned item, and your bank may need an additional 3–5 business days to credit your account. 8. Intellectual Property

All website layout, text, product photographs, logos and graphic content on luftunsa.com belong to Suzhou Xingshan Trading Co., Ltd. or our licensed suppliers. You may view and browse content for personal, non-commercial use only. You are prohibited from copying, scraping, reselling or republishing our product images and descriptions for commercial use without our written permission.

9. User Reviews & Submitted Content

If you post product reviews, photos or other content on our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content on our website and social media for marketing purposes. All user content must be authentic, lawful and not infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove unlawful, offensive or fraudulent reviews without prior notice.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our website for any illegal activity or violate applicable laws;
Attempt unauthorised access to our server, accounts or customer data;
Use bots, scripts or scraping tools to access our website or place bulk orders;

Our total maximum liability for any dispute related to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs detention, labour disputes and extreme weather.

You agree to protect and indemnify Suzhou Xingshan Trading Co., Ltd., its staff and agents against all claims, losses and legal fees resulting from your breach of these terms, violation of laws or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your orders or website use shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If any disagreement occurs, please email us at support@luftunsa.com first to resolve the issue before initiating formal legal proceedings. We will respond within 1 business day. If we cannot reach a settlement within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the people’s court where our company is registered.

16. Severability

If any clause within these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully effective.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, combined with our referenced policies, form the full agreement between you and us, replacing all prior oral or written understandings. Our failure to enforce any clause does not waive our right to enforce it later. You may not assign this agreement without our written approval.

18. Updates to Terms
